Jo Anna C. Parker, Attorney at Law
A graduate of the University Alabama, Troy University, and Faulkner Jones School of Law, Jo Anna devotes her practice primarily to Family Law, including all aspects of contested and uncontested divorce, divorce modification, child custody, alimony, child support, adoption, and visitation.
Jo Anna is a founding member of the firm and a native of Phenix City, Alabama. She is a twice-published, active member of the Alabama Bar Association. Prior to her solo practice, Jo Anna served as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard D. Lane, Family Court Judge, in Lee County, Alabama.
Her litigation experience began in 2003, and in her career she has represented hundreds of clients in Family Court, Circuit Court, District Court, Juvenile Court, and Probate Court.
Hannah T. Parker, Attorney at Law
Hannah is a graduate of the University of Alabama and Mercer Law School. At Mercer, Hannah graduated in the top 15% of her class after receiving the Custer-Tuggle Award for Excellence in Family Law, the National Association of Women Lawyers Award, and the "CALI Excellence for the Future Award" for Advanced Legal Research. She also received the Winburn E. Stewart scholarship and was named an Equal Access to Justice Scholar.
After passing the Alabama Bar Exam in the 95th percentile, Hannah has followed in her mother's footsteps by joining the Law Offices of Jo Anna C. Parker. Hannah is currently practicing as a juvenile contract attorney in Russell County, Alabama and is a certified Guardan ad Litem.
